- All orders are delivered on wooden pallets by lorry with a tail lift and pump trolly.
- Access width for lorry is to be a minimum of 3m wide.
- Deliveries cannot be left on any slopes or hills.
- Deliveries cannot be left on loose or soft ground e.g. gravel or grass.
- Deliveries will be left curbside at a minimum.

Goods will be placed as near to your property as the driver deems safe. It is at the driver’s discretion whether the goods are left curbside or on your property. If the driver considers your property access unsuitable for whatever reason they are within their rights to refuse to unload the pallet. Any delivery rejections will be at the cost of the customer for re-delivery.
